I had such a warm and welcoming experience when I arrived at this place. The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their genuine smiles made me feel instantly at ease. In the morning, I was treated to a personalized breakfast that catered to my dietary preferences, with a great selection of fruits. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds and convenient power sockets near the bedside tables. It was such a pleasure to unwind and relax in the big bathroom, and the comfortable bed provided for a great night's sleep. I started the next day feeling refreshed and energized, thanks to the amazing wellness-bath experience I had here.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel gave us a serene atmosphere, which was ideal for a relaxing getaway. the room was very clean and comfortable, including the bathroom and wellness facilities. We appreciated the friendly and professional customer service from the female staff member during check-in. the amenities were well-maintained and provided a boost of energy for our day.

The experience of checking out left us feeling that the hotel lacked consistency in their customer service delivery.

The room was spacious, warm and clean. The bathroom was big enough and the water pressure was good. , the location was convenient since it was close to the main attractions and public transportation. We appreciated the Christmas decorations around the hotel. The free Wi-Fi worked well.

The breakfast was basic and overpriced. The staff was not friendly, they barely greeted us and seemed bothered by our inquiries.
